Our Audit and Needs Assessment tool is designed to highlight many of the key elements of effective human resource practices. The questions are organized by major human resource categories and/or functional areas. The tool is designed to open up a dialogue to discuss both compliance issues and best practices.
In this assessment, the suggested recommendations focus mainly on HR best practices and risk management. Additional recommendations offered would support the organization’s compliance with employment laws and regulations and put practices in place that will support operations and anticipated growth, but maintain the desired work culture/environment.
We will meet with your HR Professional or Manager and review all current HR forms, Personnel files, I-9 forms, and current Employee Handbook. We will prepare a report outlining your Human Resources Assessment Analysis & Recommendations. In addition, we will provide a list of priorities to ensure your organization is compliant. From there, we will customize our services to meet your needs.
